Job summary

R.S. Hughes Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support daily warehouse logistics and maximize efficiency. You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment while following safety policies.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of related experience. The role requires Hazmat and forklift certifications, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment: pull customer orders from warehouse shelves and ensure accuracy.
• Receive and unload palletized freight; log items into ERP system and follow up on delays.
• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and maintain records.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely; conduct daily inspections.
• Handle hazmat shipments per OSHA and internal procedures.
