Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support daily warehouse logistics, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment, while adhering to all safety policies.

This full-time role requires 2–5 years of related experience, forklift operation, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong attention to detail. You will participate in cycle counts, packing and labeling, and will collaborate with a team to maintain efficient warehouse

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or experience operating forklift.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders from shelves with accuracy.
• Receive, unload, and log inventory into the ERP system.
• Pack, label, and ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and other freight.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
