Job summary

Indiana University Health's Bloomington Hospital is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle requisitions, inventory, receiving and stocking. You will use WMS/ERP systems to document activity, perform cycle counts, ensure accurate deliveries, and support on-call weekend rotations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience is required.
0-3 years of relevant experience.
1+ years of experience in order stocking and filling is preferred.
May be required to obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30 days of hire.
Requires long periods of standing and walking (as much as 6+ hours per day) and heavy pushing and pulling.
Lift up to 50 lbs, up to 20 lbs to overhead, carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Facilitates requisitions, inventory management, receiving, and projects.
Ensures orders are filled timely and accurately.
Verifies product by description, item number, and quantity.
Inspects products for damage, expiration, and proper packaging.
Performs cycle counts and physical inventories accurately.
Coordinates delivery of products, equipment, mail and linen.
Uses WMS, Wavemark POU, and ERP to document all ordering, filling, stocking, tagging, and registering activity.
On-call rotation and weekend coverage may be required.
May require operating a company vehicle.
