Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of satellite dishes, receivers, DVRs, and related hardware in our warehouse and during field service shipments.

You will document quantities, maintain counts, receive returns, stock inventory, and prepare shipments with precise records in our tracking system. Daily inventory transactions and support for remote equipment deliveries are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Experience using inventory tracking programs to update records accurately.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, with overtime compensation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 125 pounds occasionally.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment (pallet jack and forklift).

Responsibilities

• Document the quantity and type of equipment and supplies stocked in the warehouse and for installations and service calls.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly counts of van and warehouse products and sales stock.
• Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; stock inventory and record data in tracking system.
• Complete daily inventory transactions and link them to proper accounts.
• Prepare equipment shipments to remote employees with accurate documentation and timely delivery.
