Job summary

EFE Laboratories Inc. in Perkasie, PA is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and expedite material movement to support production needs.

You will coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams, perform regular audits, manage receiving and shipping, and supervise 1–2 junior staff. Forklift experience is a plus, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further supply chain study preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse or inventory management in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with electronics or contract manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory software, ERP, MRP, and Kanban is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehousing activities with production, purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely material supply and shipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Assign orders to kitting; monitor progress and completion.
• Develop storage systems for optimal space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve stock issues.
• Operate forklift as needed; forklift experience is a plus.
• Plan and schedule shipments with reliable transportation services to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise 1–2 warehouse staff; provide guidance on processes and documentation.
• Use inventory software to track stock, reorders, and reporting.
