Job summary

You will assist with POs, track warehouse stock, perform quarterly counts, maintain shipping docs, and support administrative tasks using ERP, Excel, and Outlook. A valid driver's license and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or administrative function preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver license and ability to operate a vehicle if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with issuing purchase orders for employees and vendors.
• Process order placement for technicians, clients and vendors.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and perform quarterly counts.
• Drive and deliver parts as needed.
• Handle waste management including electronic waste and batteries.
• Pull/packaging/delivering customer orders with minimal supervision.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documents and related paperwork.
• Complete branch inventory exchange forms.
• Answer customer and employee requests via phone.
