Job summary

Eaton's Bussmann Division seeks a Materials Planning and Logistics Manager at our Ellisville, MO distribution center. The on-site role handles inventory, shipping, and data-driven planning, with relocation assistance for eligible US residents.

Salary ranges from $97,000 to $143,000 per year, reflecting skills and experience. Key responsibilities include managing ~$10M of finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across receiving, storage, and order

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years in supply chain or manufacturing/distribution center environment.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end inventory processes across the DC and manage $10M in finished goods inventory.
Own inventory accuracy-related High-5 metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and optimize location accuracy with standard work documentation for Inventory Technicians.
Create visibility to in-transit inventory and coordinate advance planning with DC Ops.
Analyze ERP data and prepare consolidated managerial reports.
Oversee shipping, receiving and material handling operations.
Collaborate with SCM team to align inventory strategy with logistics, procurement, planning, and quality.
Enforce safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
