Job summary

Insight Global in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced Inventory and Logistics Lead to support inventory operations in a dynamic laboratory and warehouse environment. You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, manage kitting activities, and support shipping and receiving while collaborating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
• Experience working in a small team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience performing: Cycle counts, kitting, inventory reconciliation.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Experience working in a laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, or highly technical environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

• Familiarity with inventory planning concepts including min/max levels, reorder points, and inventory optimization.
• Experience supporting engineering prototypes, R&D laboratories, aerospace, semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology organizations.
