Job summary

Gckschamber is looking for a dedicated individual responsible for managing raw materials and finished products in the Garden City, Kansas location. You will ensure that materials meet quality criteria, coordinate trailer movement, and maintain accurate inventories. This role requires lifting capabilities, effective communication skills, and experience in production.

Key responsibilities include processing loads, performing quality inspections, and leading production staff. Benefits may include health insurance, a matching 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year plant production experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing loads of raw material and finished product.
• Coordinate and assist Quality Assurance department in taking quality measurements.
• Communicate and direct sequenced instructions to multiple parties.
• Perform basic operational PM’s and inspections on equipment used for material handling.
• Coordinate and assist in all inbound and outbound dock activities.
