Job summary

ICL Group in Adel, GA is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records, process orders, and coordinate shipments. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely, accurate processing and reporting in QuickBooks.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory/logistics, proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and a strong attention to detail. Local residency is required, with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, customer service, order processing, bookkeeping, or manufacturing administration.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar inventory/accounting software required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Understanding of inventory management, shipping, and logistics processes.
• Communicate issues proactively and professionally.

• Monitor shipments and help resolve transportation issues.
• Create and maintain product labels and related documentation.
• Ensure labels are accurate and available to support production.

As the Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting customer order processing, coordinating freight and shipment activities, managing product labeling, and ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing within QuickBooks. This role works closely with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Freight teams to support efficient plant operations and customer satisfaction.

Compensation at ICL:

If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000
