Job summary

National Pride Equipment Carwash Superstore in Mansfield, Ohio is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations across our warehouse, manufacturing facilities, service areas, and satellite locations.

You will oversee cycle counts, implement Kanban and VMI programs, drive accuracy above 98%, and guide a team including a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Specialists, and Delivery Drivers while prioritizing safety and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of inventory management experience in distribution/manufacturing.
• Experience with lean principles, Kanban, ERP systems, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory across all locations and products.
• Lead and develop Warehouse Manager, Inventory Specialists, and Delivery Drivers.
• Execute cycle counts and audits to maintain >98% accuracy.
• Design Kanban systems and participate in VMI programs for replenishment.
• Ensure safety, SDS compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, manufacturing, and service teams.
