Job summary

Gasser Chair Company is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Lead to maintain an organized, accurate warehouse for raw materials and purchased parts. You will own inventory integrity, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies within the ERP system.

This hands-on lead role requires coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Receiving, and Engineering to resolve material issues. The position supports receiving, material handling, and staging activities and may supervise warehouse staff as the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or related role.
• Experience using an ERP or inventory-management system preferred.
• Forklift and material-handling equipment experience preferred; must obtain/maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, clean warehouse environment for raw materials and purchased parts.
• Ensure correct storage locations, rotation, and proper staging areas.
• Record inventory movements in ERP; perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report root causes.
• Assist receiving and material handling during peak periods.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, receiving, engineering, and quality to resolve issues.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to warehouse staff as needed.
