Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking an Inventory Lead to support on-time delivery of customer orders from the Fulfillment Center. You will maintain accurate inventory records and drive efficient flow of products through the warehouse.

You will ensure adherence to SQF and GDP, lead cycle counts, and coach a team to uphold SOPs while maintaining safe, compliant operations in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with receiving, packing, and shipping teams to ensure smooth movement of products in the Fulfillment Center.
• Maintains SQF Food Safety Code compliance and GDP adherence on the warehouse floor.
• Promotes a proactive culture by escalating concerns and taking swift action.
• Supports stock levels with accurate documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Performs regular cycle counts and audits to keep real-time inventory accuracy.
• Enforces FIFO to ensure product quality and freshness.
• Provides guidance and training to team members on SOPs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance related to food safety, quality control, and inventory management.
