Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking an Inventory Lead to support on-time order fulfillment from the Fulfillment Center in Tracy, CA. You will maintain accurate inventory records, drive cycle counts, and optimize stock levels while ensuring compliance with SQF and GDP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36F).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with receiving, packing, and shipping to ensure smooth product movement in the FC.
• Monitors SQF Food Safety Code and GDP compliance on the warehouse floor.
• Escalates concerns and acts swiftly as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conducts regular cycle counts and inventory audits with leadership.
• Enforces FIFO to ensure product quality and freshness.
• Trains new Inventory associates and ensures SOP adherence.
• Ensures regulatory and internal policy compliance for food safety and inventory management.
