Imperial Brady, a leading North American distributor, is seeking an Inventory Associate to support our warehouse operations in NY. You will perform physical counts, track stock movements, and help reconcile inventory data to ensure accurate levels.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 1 year of experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker up to 20 feet.
• Experience with the operation of warehouse equipment.
• Experience in receiving is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support basic logistics procedures.
• Track stock movements and system transactions.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Control inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts.

The Inventory Associate performs inventory tasks within our warehouse by physically counting merchandise, supplies, products, etc.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 6:30- 3:30

You will:
