Job summary

Advanced Energy in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Inventory/Materials Clerk to move, locate, pull and count inventory and to perform all necessary software transactions. You will ensure accurate inventory and material processes and respond to material requests from Production and other personnel.

The role involves storing and distributing materials, possibly driving a company truck, stocking and kitting materials for assembly, counting counts and resolving discrepancies while maintaining

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of responding quickly to changing requirements.
• Ability to accurately count and maintain inventory.
• PC skills: ability to learn new software applications.
• Ability to work on a team and satisfy internal customers.
• Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.

Responsibilities

• Storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Possibly driving a company truck to transport materials.
• Examines, stocks, and kits materials in inventory and on lines.
• Prepares kitting packages for assembly, repair and orders.
• Performs daily cycle counts and resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures security and accountability of materials and goods.
• Communicates issues to Planners and Buyers.
• Responds to requests quickly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
