Job summary

Atomic Semi in Austin, TX is seeking an Inventory Specialist to move material, receive shipments, and kit production parts on the shop floor. You will count, label, and transact every material movement in our ERP/MES, maintain organized stockrooms, and collaborate with technicians and engineers to keep builds on schedule.

This role involves standing, lifting, and operating material-handling equipment daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in stockroom, warehouse, or material-handling role.
• Able to read part numbers, BOMs, packing slips and match parts.
• Accurate with counts, labels, and system transactions.
• Able to lift and move material and stay on feet through shifts.
• Willing to learn ERP/MES and follow standard work.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and POs.
• Put material away and keep stockroom organized.
• Pull, stage, and deliver kits to production against build schedule.
• Transact receipts, moves, issues, and returns in ERP/MES in real time.
• Perform cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Replenish lineside inventory for bench readiness.
• Handle sensitive components using proper packaging and ESD.
• Track lot numbers, serial numbers, and revisions.
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing material between Austin and Lockhart.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts to move material safely.
• Keep receiving/shipping areas clean and audit-ready.
