Job summary

NEOTech seeks a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage kitting, parts issuance, and inventory transactions in the MRP system. You will set up trollies, verify labels, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MRP systems and email communications. This on-site position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1-2 years related experience required.
High School Diploma required.
Experience performing transactions in an MRP system required.

Responsibilities

Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders in both physical form and the MRP system.
Stand at a work station all day.
Set up SMT trollies and ensure correct parts on feeders.
Audit others' work for accuracy.
Validate inventory for correct labels, identification and quantities.
Count parts physically and with equipment.
Move inventory physically and in the MRP system.
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Work in multiple positions as needed.
Maintain inventory accuracy at all times.
Provide high level customer service to warehouse customers.
Work under stress and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
