Job summary

NEOTech seeks a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage kitting, parts issuance, and inventory transactions in the MRP system. You will set up trollies, verify labels, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders in both physical form and the MRP system.
• Stand at a work station all day.

• Validate inventory for correct labels, identification and quantities.
• Count parts physically and with equipment.
• Move inventory physically and in the MRP system.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Job Summary

Primary duties include kitting work orders, issuing parts, setting up trollies, working the inventory window, and performing inventory transactions in the computer (MRP system).

• Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders. Both physically and in the MRP system.
• Must be able to stand at a work station all day.
• Physically set up SMT trollies. Must put correct parts on correct feeders.
• Audit others work for accuracy.
• Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities.
• Count parts physically, as well as using equipment.
• Move inventory both physically, as well as in the MRP system.
• Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Must be willing and able to work in multiple positions as needed.
• Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all “customers” of the warehouse.
• Ability to work under high levels of stress, pressure and scrutiny.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
