Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lead for shipping and warehouse operations. You will guide floor execution, coordinate team tasks, and ensure on-time, accurate shipments. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, ongoing coaching, and collaboration with APS for escalations and admin tasks.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 2–3 years in shipping/warehouse roles, with experience in SAP and shipping systems. Shift is Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., at CVG 300.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–3 years shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Prior lead or team coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and kitting to meet schedule, quality, and accuracy targets.
• Utilize AES, TMS, carrier tools to support shipments and BOL creation/retention.
• Perform SAP transactions and ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
