Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a day shift Inventory Control Associate for a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role focuses on counts, inventory management, and accurate data entry using ERP systems and spreadsheets.

You will work 7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri with overtime on weekends; benefits available within 30 days and weekly pay. Candidates with 2–3 years of computerized inventory control experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of computerized inventory control experience with counting and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience performing full physical inventories in spare-parts or MRO warehouse environments.
• Strong math skills and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete physical counts of spare-parts inventory.
• Count and verify large quantities using established procedures.
• Recount independently to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify, label and organize parts by item number and location.
• Record count results in inventory systems, spreadsheets or data-entry tools.
• Work with inventory management systems, ERP platforms and spreadsheets to track and reconcile data.
• First shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri. Weekend overtime required.
