FedEx Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter I in New Jersey to perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts and verify accuracy against the WMS. The role involves counting serialized items, raw materials, and maintaining safe operation of equipment.

Responsibilities include producing daily cycle count reports, training teammates, and resolving discrepancies while adhering to customer contracts and safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• 1 year of forklift operating experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to train and certify on warehouse equipment within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF devices to perform physical inventory cycle counts.
• Cycle count serialized and non-serialized devices and accessories.
• Cycle count raw materials to assess availability and prevent shortages.
• Compare bin contents to WMS data to identify discrepancies.
• Research and resolve discrepancies identified during cycle counts.
• Create and distribute daily cycle count reports to operations management.
• Train and assist team members as required.
