Alchemy Barcy? Barchemy, LLC is seeking a Cycle Count & Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory. The role focuses on identifying causes of discrepancies and preventing recurrence, working with Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams, on a 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include performing cycle counts, verifying counts, researching variances, and supporting FEFO practices to ensure reliable inventory for planning and commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience performing cycle counts or physical inventory.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a recurring count schedule.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable researching discrepancies and communicating findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and scheduled cycle counts.
• Verify inventory by item number, lot, location, quantity, and unit of measure.
• Research inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain documentation of counts, discrepancies, and actions.
• Support month-end and physical inventory counts.
• Assist with FEFO practices and expiration monitoring.
• Escalate issues with inventory location or movements.
