Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong math aptitude with precision in counting and data entry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and physical verifications to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate variances involving raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure timely processing of work orders, transfers, deviations, and adjustments.
• Communicate inventory issues across warehouse, production, procurement, and schedulers.
• Verify packing slips, receipts, and transaction documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity in inventory management and ERP systems.
• Generate inventory reports to support plant performance and decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in inventory control and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
