Job summary

Citi Trends, Inc. is hiring a DC QC Associate at our distribution center in Roland, OK to perform quality control, counting, and receiving duties for incoming merchandise. You will ensure orders meet standards and use scanning to document palletized goods.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to communicate with the QC Manager on issues found during receiving.

Qualifications

• Able to write legibly and be computer literate.
• Able to evaluate garments and materials for defects.
• Understanding of counting and accounting basics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming orders to ensure quality meets established standards.
• Determine if incoming orders match criteria as stated on the purchase order, and inform the QC Manager if a problem exists.
• Identify condition of order (e.g., packing and ticketing) and receive units into the Warehouse Management System by scanning a case label for each order.
• Attach scanned labels to corresponding cases.
• Fill out identifying form for each pallet scanned and attach to the pallet.
• Resolve discrepancies between quantities received and quantities stated on the vendor ASN.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the QC Manager.
