Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and sufficiency for operations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system with precision.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve shipment issues, including damaged or missing items.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality; document items in inventory systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely distribution of inventory and supplies.
• Assist shipping by preparing outgoing items and arranging logistics as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of received goods and manage returns.
