Job summary

Zobele Group, part of kdc/one and a multinational global leader in product development and manufacturing, is seeking an Inventory Integrity Leader in Garland, Texas. The role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy across plant and warehouse operations, supporting SAP systems, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include reporting, discrepancy resolution, and collaboration with planning, production, and procurement to optimize material availability while maintaining audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inventory control, materials management, or supply chain experience in manufacturing/co-manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain inventory accuracy across plant and warehouse locations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports with KPIs and metrics.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Monitor slow moving and obsolete materials and advise on disposal or optimization.
• Track and correct COGI/SAP exceptions to ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain accuracy between P&G SAP and KDC SAP including movements and postings.
• Provide SAP support to production, warehouse, and planning teams.
• Coordinate reblend processes and verify quantities and usage.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production and Procurement to ensure material availability.
• Support IRA audits and maintain SOX/quality/customer audit readiness.
