Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Experience with Inventory Control practices and data analysis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Investigates inventory variances and identifies root cause, cross-departmentally.
• Researches, dispositions, and reports disputed inventory.
• Reconciles missing/late inventory reports daily.
• Facilitates return/exchange of expiry dated products between warehouse and field staff.
• Ensures systematic movement of inventory and data integrity.
• Performs product recalls research as needed.
• Generates weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Manages communications for distributor inventory account terminations.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
• Complies with FDA QSR and ISO standards; follows SOPs.
