Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Experience with inventory records, reporting, cycle counting, auditing, or related systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with effective teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data, reports, movements, and adjustments to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Generate and distribute inventory reports, track control metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Use AS400, Access, and Excel to monitor performance and investigate issues.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, and other teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits, cycle counts, bin research, and reconciliation activities; document findings.
• Move throughout the warehouse and perform physical bin checks; lift up to 50 lbs.
