Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, assist in stocking and cleaning, process payments at the POS, and contribute to serving quality food for travelers. The role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and cash handling experience, with the ability to learn products and uphold brand standards while working in a fast-paced travel plaza

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling and customer service policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food; engage in food prep tasks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
