Job summary

Zatkoff Seals & Packings is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Representative to fulfill and process orders in our Warren, MI warehouse. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with hours from 7:30am to 6:30pm, offering a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, profit sharing, and bonuses.

The position requires strong inventory controls, organizational skills, and customer-service abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Restock supplies and inventory; place blanket and special orders as needed.
• Pull and package orders, including assembly of boxes and packaging materials.
• Enter purchase order data in the inventory control system.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record deliveries and shipments according to policy.
• Record, report, and return defective items.
• Label and sort inbound and outbound product.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Handle complaints related to shipments; notify supervisor of issues.
• Assist walk-in customers with determining product requirements and placing orders.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks.
• Periodically operate the forklift for movement and loading/unloading.
• Periodically drive company vehicles to move inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
