Job summary

Rishabh RPO in Merritt Island is seeking an Associate - Inventory I for a contract role in a fulfillment environment. You will support receiving, inspection, data entry, and packaging while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

The role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure accurate inventory, timely receipts, and quality control throughout the fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
• Safety is a top priority it is imperative that the employee strictly adheres to established safety protocols and guidelines.
• This includes but is not limited to, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following safe operating procedures, and participating in regular safety training sessions.
• Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• An attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
• Communication skills within a highly technical environment.
• Mathematical skills Analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions from gathered information.
• Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
• Previous certified forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement and root cause analysis for downline defects.
• Operate heavy equipment: PIT forklifts, EPJs, reach-trucks, turret-trucks.
• Receive shipments and unload deliveries.
• Inspect shipments against SOP.
• Perform quality control checks per SOP.
• Document receipts and close out work orders.
• Data entry in inventory management tools from deliveries.
• Package parts appropriately for workflow.
• Sort and stage parts and secure them to prevent loss.
• Label and mark parts as per SOP and audit storage.
