Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to support store operations in Overland Park, Kansas. You will help receive, ticket, and prepare inventory, process shipments, and ensure accurate pricing and stock placement on the floor.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week performing inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and quality-check new goods.
• Maintain purchase order records and manage invoices and price ticketing.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement on the styling floor.
• Manage daily replenishment and pulls for the styling floor.
• Handle fulfillment queue for web orders and store transfers; conduct weekly vendor return checks.
• Conduct transfers to other stores or the warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help maintain a stocked sale section.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness per company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly.
