Qualifications

• A high school diploma or the equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic is required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keeps work areas orderly and clear of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Receive incoming product and packages via UPS and truck shipments.
• Label and put-away inbound inventory to bin locations and bulk shelving.
• Perform bin maintenance and cycle counts to maintain RIC inventory accuracy.
• Pull orders to support called in customer pick-ups, UPS and truck shipments.
• Operate basic warehouse vehicles (electric pallet jack and/or forklift).
• Provide customer service to internal associates and MSC customers via phone, email, and internet.
• Submit Purchase Orders to vendors and confirm acknowledgments and delivery status.
• Assists with order processing and vendor communication as needed.
