Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a detail oriented Store Stock Associate to help maintain inventory and support smooth store operations. The role includes receiving and shelving, cycle counts, order pulling for drivers and customers, and basic system use.

You will assist customers and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork within a retail/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous experience stocking, loading, or pulling.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent experience, required.
• Must be able to lift and move parts up to 60 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds.
• Must be able to operate a computer terminal.

Responsibilities

• Pulls all orders to be delivered by drivers to wholesale customers.
• Pulls for counter retail/wholesale customers and will-call, routing products as needed.
• Receive, post, stock, and organize incoming merchandise; maintain shelving.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Housekeeping and safety compliance, including hazardous materials handling.
• Use inventory systems for coordination and fulfillment support.
• Assist customers by phone or in person as volume requires.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Support shop operations and store performance improvements.
