Job summary

Ideal Setech, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Arlington, TX to maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, storing, and disbursing materials, and to coordinate with site management and buyers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and forklift training. You will perform daily cycle counts, prepare shipments, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insured.

Responsibilities

• Stores material in an optimal location, considering size and safety.
• Performs daily pickup and delivery of laundry at various locations.
• Prepare materials for shipment on a weekly basis
• Disburses material requested by the customer and delivers to the plant floor.
• Performs daily cycle counts and analyzes inventory discrepancies.
• Works with buyers and vendors to resolve inbound material discrepancies.
• Returns unused material from the customer back into the system and storage.
• Work closely with the customer and buyers to process and ship out repair and warranty material.
• Process and ship material transfers to other GM or Ideal Setech sites.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
