Ideal Setech, LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a full-time Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations. The role involves operating a forklift, loading, receiving, and shipping goods, and assisting with inventory management to ensure efficient logistics.

You will perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies with office staff, and ensure a safe, organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations. A valid driver's license and PPE usage are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience operating powered forklifts or training.
• Trained to drive a forklift.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Wears proper PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift or other hand truck.
• Perform daily cycle counts and analyze inventory discrepancies.
• Work with office staff to resolve inbound material discrepancies.
• Return unused material from the customer back into the system and storage.
• Process and ship material transfers to other GM or Ideal Setech sites.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
