Job summary

EVEREVE in Palo Alto is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to keep the store running smoothly. You will receive, ticket and prepare inventory, process shipments, and help with markdowns and transfers to ensure product is available on the floor.

You will work at least 8 hours per week, collaborate with store leaders, maintain accurate PO records, price tickets, and support web order fulfillment. A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset helps you thrive in our HEART culture.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store.
• Process new shipment deliveries and review product for defects before placing on the floor.
• Maintain purchase order records and manage invoices and price ticketing of new goods.
• Partner with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Manage daily replenishment of items sold and pull for the styling floor.
• Fulfill web orders and orders from other stores in a timely manner.
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and execute transfers to other stores or the warehouse.
• Execute markdowns weekly and help keep the sale section well stocked.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure supplies and packaging are stocked.
