Job summary

OUR NATIONS BEST SPORTS in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Distribution Specialist to support inventory flow from receiving to shipping. You will use WMS/ERP systems to record, label and track items, while ensuring accuracy and safety at every step.

The role requires forklift certification, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and communication. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and on-site amenities.

Qualifications

• OSHA and warehouse safety standards knowledge.
• Forklift certification and ability to maintain certification upon hire.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn WMS/ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and processing.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• PPE requirements and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verify against PO/BOL/docs and record in WMS.
• Pick items using pick lists and barcode scanners, verify accuracy and quantities.
• Package, label and stage orders for shipment, perform final audits.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
• Support maintenance of housekeeping and facility cleanliness.
