Job summary

Quipment is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse activities, including goods reception, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure accurate ERP entries, proper storage, and compliance with customs and regulations while maintaining safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have logistics exposure, are autonomous and detail-oriented, and can work collaboratively with the Warehouse Coordinator and broader teams to meet daily

Qualifications

• Experience or background in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to work in a team.
• Proficient with computing systems and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register goods, inspect deliveries, and enter goods into ERP system.
• Perform stock management, cycle counts, and ensure correct storage conditions.
• Pack and ship orders according to customer and destination requirements.
• Prepare shipments, ensure customs compliance and local regulations.
• Assist with booking products per procedure and daily order picking.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following health and safety standards.
