Job summary

Sanderson MacLeod Inc is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. The role includes material movement, packing, shipping/receiving, and accurate inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across the Warehouse Team, cross-trained in all areas, and operate forklifts to move materials as needed. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, shipping and/or packing in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Using Kanban pull system to monitor inventory levels and reorder points.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/MRP systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Uphold inventory control best practices such as FIFO, safety stock and location management.
• Accurately pick and pack finished goods, spare parts, or kits for orders or internal transfers.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers and logistics partners.
