Job summary

Sanderson MacLeod Incorporated in Palmer, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support material handling, packing, shipping and receiving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires forklift operation, ERP/MRP proficiency, inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate documentation. You will pick/pack, prepare shipping labels and BOLs, and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers. A high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• 2–4 years of inventory control, shipping and/or packing in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems; IQMS is a plus.
• Familiar with shipping software and labeling systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Use Kanban Pull System to monitor inventory levels and reorder points.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Uphold inventory control best practices such as FIFO and location management.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Accurately pick and pack finished goods, spare parts, or kits for orders.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and required documentation (BOLs, customs forms).
• Coordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers and logistics partners.
