Job summary

Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shipping Associate to support daily outbound order preparation, loading, labeling, and shipment readiness. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, contribute to inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Shipping leads and other departments. Overtime and weekend hours may be required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma (B.S. or associates degree preferred).
• 1 year in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or event-related operations preferred.
• Organized, detail oriented and team driven.
• Overtime availability; weekends and evenings as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clear driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform item counts and verify labeling, condition, and readiness prior to loading or release.
• Safely load, secure, balance, wrap, palletize, and protect shipments to prevent damage.
• Support will-call pickups, deliveries, transfers, and other outbound requests.
• Check out of company systems and report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accuracy in manifests, labels, shipping records, and inventory tracking.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; keep docks clean and hazard-free.
• Communicate progress and priorities with team; support other departments during peak periods.
• Uphold operational excellence and contribute to continuous process improvements.
