Job summary

SeAH Steel USA in Houston, TX is hiring a Warehouse Attendant to support inventory control and warehouse operations. Under the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help maintain the warehouse and keep spare parts inventory organized and accurate.

Duties include data entry, updating the CMMS (EPICOR), verifying inbound receiving with purchasing, and loading outbound shipments. The role requires flexible hours and strict safety adherence in a manufacturing setting with PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong reading, writing and computer skills.
• Ability to organize data and multi-task with good time management.
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Flexible schedule with potential overtime.
• Safety: understands plant safety rules and follows them.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory.
• Maintain current product knowledge and categorization of spare part inventory.
• Assist in development of departmental procedures.
• Verify receiving with purchasing.
• Enter data in CMMS (EPICOR) and update inventory structures.
• Receive and load outbound shipments.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• File and maintain warehouse documents and records.
• Operate forklift following safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
