100Hires, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Operations Coordinator to ensure materials flow smoothly from receiving through storage to production.

You will perform cycle counts, audits, and data updates to keep inventory accurate, and you’ll move items safely using forklifts while maintaining a strict 6S standard. We seek detail-oriented individuals with a safety-first mindset, capable of fast-paced work and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with safety-first mindset.

• Fundamental knowledge of inventory management basics.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and categorize inbound items and place them in correct locations.
• Maintain on-hand balances through cycle counts and audits.
• Record stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve quickly.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely for stock movement.
• Uphold 6S discipline and safety protocols in the stockroom.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and queries.
• Leverage inventory software to keep data clean and current.
