Job summary

Quantum Services, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Associate in Raleigh, NC to perform accurate stock counts and audits across local convenience stores and gas stations.

You will use handheld devices to count stock, identify discrepancies, and report findings to store managers. The role requires daily regional travel with a team, starting early from 6:00–7:00 AM, with weekends off and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in cool environments.
• Early risers who enjoy active, hands-on field work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counts and inventory audits inside stores and gas stations.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies and report daily audit results to managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with regional team to client locations.
