Job summary

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Process Operator to manage day-to-day material flow, inventory data, and ERP entries. You will ensure accurate data capture for inbound, in-process, and outbound materials, supporting smooth production lines in a warehouse setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer-facing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate issues promptly to supervisors to prevent production delays.

• Ability to follow standard work and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enter production, material, and inventory data accurately in our ERP system—NetSuite.
• Receive, stage, and move materials to keep the line supplied.
• Track inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Reconcile physical counts against system records.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor to avoid production delays.
• Serve as a professional, customer-facing representative in warehouse environments.
