Job summary

NRI is hiring an Equipment Operator for the PM shift in Easton, PA. You will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, perform picking, replenishments, scanning, and cycle counts while supporting multiple departments to meet goals.

Requirements include 3+ months forklift experience, clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a safety-first mindset. Pre-employment background & drug tests are conducted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse equipment: forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan and cycle count; perform general warehouse duties.
• Investigate missing items and report inventory discrepancies (MIA).
• Verify variances for quality control (QC).
• Cycle count and investigate lost product (Lost Found Investigator).
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs and security protocols.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and tidy at all times.

A Day in the Life

As anEquipment Operator on our PM Shift, you will play an important part of the team byassisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Monday - Friday: 2:30pm- 11:00pm

Starting Pay:

$21.00 ($20/hr + $1/hr shift differential)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on an order/cherry picker
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• MIA - investigating items that are missing and reporting on inventory discrepancies.
• QC - verifying variances for quality control
• Lost Found Investigator - Cycle counting and investigating lost product as a result of the cycle count process.
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
