Job summary

NRI is hiring an Inventory Cycle Counter in Easton, PA. You will join the Inventory team to ensure inventory counts are accurate while handling products for our active-lifestyle clients.

The role operates on 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with starting pay at $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include accurate counting, audits, and following safety SOPs; you will learn our WMS, maintain clean work areas, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb ladders and work in a dusty/noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately counting inventory, assist with audits and investigating variances.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs and security procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean and tidy.
• Perform other duties as requested.

A Day in the Life

As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will play an important part of the Inventory team by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.You’llbe working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Starting Pay:

$18.00 per hour

WhatYou’llBring to the Role:

• Nopreviouswarehouse experience isrequiredbut it is always a plus!
• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Must be a high-compliant andaccurateindividual
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
