Job summary

WIS International is hiring for an Retail Inventory Associate Driver to support the Richmond Metro area. You will transport staff to inventory events, count items with handheld scanners, and maintain accuracy across locations. No prior inventory experience is required; training is provided.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a performance-based pay program with potential earnings increases. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old for van driving; 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and scanners.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to/from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet productivity goals to earn through pay program.
• Travel to multiple retail locations and lead by example with core values.
